Bankomat – The Future of Cash Management in a Digital World

Bankomat is the heart of cash management in Sweden – we are currently expanding by establishing a new value business with six satellite offices across the country. We are strengthening our IT infrastructure, modernizing our digital environment, and transitioning to the cloud.

About the Role As an Incident Manager with us, you will work together with colleagues and external suppliers to quickly and efficiently manage all incoming incidents. You will belong to our central IT department where we share knowledge, support each other, and work according to ITIL processes. The role requires a strong operational ability combined with tactical thinking and a high degree of coordination skills, structure, and pragmatism. You contribute to stable operations and ensure that the right resources are mobilized in critical situations.

Your Responsibilities As an Incident Manager, you ensure that incidents are handled effectively, that the business learns from past events, and that our processes are continuously improved. You are responsible for our issue management system JIRA.

Examples of Tasks:

Collaborate with suppliers and maintain strong relationships related to incident management. Coordinate and manage all incidents according to ITIL processes and ensure rapid recovery of services.

Participate in audits and risk analyses and monitor incident management to ensure regulatory compliance.

Further develop procedures for incident and problem management and create learning from past events and support the organization through training.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Good experience in incident management and the ability to coordinate, drive, document, and follow up incidents.
• Experience with ITIL and ITSM tools.
• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in an outsourced IT environment and collaboration with large system suppliers.
• Post-secondary education and several years of relevant work experience in the same or a similar role.

Preferred Qualifications:

If you are ITIL certified and/or have worked in banking, finance, or value business where you have come into contact with EBA, ISAE, and DORA, it is a significant plus. We also value experience in cross-functional teams and with monitoring tools.

Location & Working Hours

The position is based at our Stockholm office, Holländargatan 10, in the heart of central Stockholm. The role requires a significant presence in the office, but there are some opportunities for remote work. The position includes weekdays from Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00, with a regular working time of 38.5 hours/week.
